A rare hexagonal antique stoneware jug by St Uze with blue floral decoration and angular body form. Hexagonal examples are less common and especially appealing for collectors because they combine the familiar St Uze floral vocabulary with a more unusual silhouette.
Height 17 cm (6.7 in), width 14 cm (5.5 in), diameter 9 cm (3.5 in). Condition: small chip to spout and stable hairline at base of handle.
