An elegant French antique dinner service in forest green and white transferware in a classic Parisian Belle Epoque design in the Empire style. The set of 22 pieces includes place setting for 6 people (6 dinner plates, 6 soup plates and 6 dessert plates) plus an ensemble of serving dishes with oval platter, cake stand, sauce boat and round platter. Everything you need for elegant dining!

This set was produced around 1900 by the renowned faiencieries of Sarreguemines, France in the sought after 'Mignon' pattern. The stunning design features a gorgeous stylised floral design with border pattern and central medallion, a classic style from an elegant age. Lovely color retaining a gently aged white base without significant discoloration. Ideal for celebrations (imagine your fabulous table at parties, Thanksgiving or Christmas!) or to add a bit of vintage charm to your everyday.

The set includes -
6 Large flat dinner plates - 23.5 x H 2.5cm. 5 plates are very good condition, 1 plate satisfactory condition with a tight hairline crack of 5cm to the rim. The plates all show signs of use, in scratches, and overall wear.
6 Soup plates - D 22.5cm x H 3.5cm. All in excellent antique condition. No chips or cracks, bright color, a few small spots of discoloration.
6 Dessert plates - D 22.5cm x H 2cm. All in excellent antique condition. No chips or cracks, bright color.
1 footed sauciere / sauce or gravy dish L 19cm x W 10.5cm x H 10.5cm, footplate is 24cm x 14cm. In excellent condition 
1 Cake stand / footed plate D 22.5cm x H 5cm In excellent condition
1 Large Oval platter - 35.75 x 26cm H 3.5cm. In excellent condition
1 Large round salad bowl / deep dish - D 27cm H 5cm. In excellent condition

Overall, this set has been carefully used and most pieces remain in good to excellent condition despite their great age. Apart from where detailed below the plates and soup bowls are all in very good antique condition - in addition to any damage noted you may see small signs of use and wear such as minor crazing tiny 'fleabite' glaze losses to the rim, scrapes, scratches and spots of discoloration and other small defects, all to be expected for an age over 100 years. Gorgeous on display and nothing to prevent continued use, as desired.
