An elegant and rare French antique dinner plate in a rich and vibrant royal blue transferware by Leon Graves, Clairefontaine dating from the late 19th / early 20th century (mark dated 1894-1913). Classic French antique style from the Aesthetic movement with richly detailed and colored transferware slightly embossed
A lovely and rare plate. I have four plates available, please see below for their condition.
3 Plates in very good antique condition. Very good antique condition - No major damage to note but you may see small signs of use and wear such as minor crazing tiny 'fleabite' chips glaze losses to the rim, scrapes, scratches and spots of discoloration and other small defects, all to be expected for an age over 100 years. In lovely condition for age, gorgeous on display and nothing to prevent continued use, as desired.
1 plate in shabby condition - with a Y shaped crack about 9cm in length to the base, slightly visible and discolored from the front surface.
