SHIPPING VIA MONDIAL RELAY to a relay point of your choosing within Metropolitan France. If you would like door-to-door shipping, please upgrade your delivery options to La Poste Chronopost.
I always shop around to ensure the best possible packaging and shipping solution for you. Rest assured I will be using all my skills as a former art gallery owner to ensure that this treasure makes its way safely to your home. I have shipped literally hundreds of fragile items to every continent over the past 20 years. Your shipment will be fully insured against loss and damage in transit so you can buy with confidence.
Customs and import taxes - Because of the difficulties in accounting for worldwide import duties and taxes, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please bear in mind that these will require payment at the point of entry to your country in order for you to receive your parcel.
Returns & exchanges
Items can be returned for a refund less shipping charges within 30 days of order. You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will discuss a solution with you. Goods must be posted within 30 days of original receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Frequently asked questions
Can you reduce shipping charges?
I am always happy to get an exact quote for shipping and only charge the rate that I am charged by the shipping company. Because this is a direct cost that I must pay, I can't reduce the shipping charges beyond the actual cost to me. If you pay shipping automatically and the actual shipping cost is lower, I will always refund the difference in price.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I am very happy to gift wrap items for a special person in your life. I can also include personalized messages from you, or write a special note about your lucky recipient's unique item. Just tell me what you would prefer and I'll be delighted to make it extra special for you :)
Packaging - My packaging record is excellent. I am highly experienced in this - both in this business and in my former role as the owner of a fine art gallery in New Zealand, I have sent hundreds and hundreds of parcels all over the world - and I take great care over every one of them. Despite the fragile nature of many of the good we sell, we run at more than 99% safe arrival rate for our parcels.
Sustainability - Please note I reuse / recycle materials wherever possible. If I can't reuse, I try to choose recyclable materials so we can use as few resources as possible.
Boxes - Because we work with individual, one-of-a-kind items, we can't have packaging made specially - so you might find some odd boxes inside your parcel (wine cartons, IKEA packing, modem boxes...whatever works to keep your item safe!) Rest assured, the packing will be safe and sturdy, and it will always be lovely at the core.
Do you accept 'change of mind' returns from outside of the EU and the UK?
If you change your mind about item(s) you've bought from me, please contact me to arrange a solution. I WILL accept returns in most cases, but for orders outside the EU or UK, I cannot refund any of the shipping charges from your original order.

For clients based in the EU, UK and France, we will gladly provide you with a full refund you for your purchase for any reason.

How can I be sure about an item before I place my order?
I want you to know everything possible before you purchase an item and I write my listings accordingly - historical information, careful condition reporting and honest descriptions. Please read the listing and look at all the photos carefully - but if you are uncertain about anything to do with an item you are considering purchasing please contact me. I will be more than happy to provide honest advice, additional photos, video calls (etc!) so you get a full view of the item before you buy. I'm very happy to help with anything you need, just get in touch :)
