Where is The Brocanteuse?

Have a little peep 'behind the scenes' to see where we are in France - just a small selection of photos of our house and view so you can see where you treasures are right now!

We live in a small hamlet very close to the historic medieval town of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, one of the 'Plus Beaux' ('most beautiful') villages of France on the banks of the Dordogne river. 

Our country farmhouse was built around the foundations of a watchtower for a chateau, originally dating from the time of the hundred years war - there's 800 years of history in our cellars where I do the bulk of my work, a fitting venue for finding and restoring my fabulous French beauties.

Dusty the cat arrived in our barn last year - now she's never far away from the action, and loves to jump into my photos ;)
